Depending upon the age of the components, I'd go ahead and do it. I did the water pump, pulley, tensioner and belt at the same time. Make sure you follow the steps to loosen the pipes that run along the engine.
Are you talking about the turvo bypass valve, or the coolant bypass valve? You can probably just order the part and replace when it fails as they are easy to reach.
What part are you referring to when you reference "turbo inlet"?
Sounds like you have some fun ahead of you!
NOTE: If you get a coolant leak after putting it all together, start it up to get pressure in the system. Sometimes that O-ring down under doesn't seal up right away.
