Your car would come new, today with full synth oil M1 0W40.
That's an awfully nice car ('03 Aero??) I wouldn't run with anything less than that.
If you choose a bled I'd max out at 3K.
But Used Oil Analysis will detail for you what your engine, and driving, are doing to your oil. Oil doesn't stay new very long!
You really have to judge the local Saab indy's case by case.
Find one that's better than the dealer, will still probably save $$.
Drawing a blank if your 2.3l has the same crummy small upper idler explode-a-matic pulley as the OG9-3, if so pushing that past 60K begs for trouble.
Never realized the controversy with Dexcool, good advise to change every 2yrs (maybe get it out of there altogether).
The longer I driver my car the smarter I feel about over maintaining it.
Tough line to draw between penny wise and pound foolish.
