Get the lights! At $900 it is a real bargain. After you drive with them, you will see why all the premier auto brands are offering them, and why so many Audi guys are raving about them over at AudiWorld.
Wish I had them.....My wife's 2000 A4 has them (low beam) and they are great.
It's not just the color - there is about 3 times the light with 1/3 the current draw, and it is whiter, better focussed and much easier on the eyes of the driver. It really is the next generation in automotive lighting. BUT it needs to be factory installed so that it is self levelling - aftermarket lights suck in this situation because they often blind oncoming traffic.
The rain sensing wipers are no big deal, unless you live here in Seattle. I wish I had that system too. My '01 Aero Wagon has an empty relay hole labled "Rain Sensor", but there is no wiring ;( Hella makes an aftermarket kit I might try.
Park assist? The worth of that is purely personal. I would not pay extra for it, but since it's part of the package, consider it a freebie.
Search the AudiWorld.com Forums for much informative talk about xenons.
