My V6 M99 did not come with any of this in Moscow, and I got all of them installed aftermarket for the following reasons:
1. Xenons (not Bi-xenons, unfortunately) - these are at least twice as effective as the usual halogen lamps. True, they would normally require an auto levelling device therefore I look after the level switch carefully not to blind oncoming traffic. The bulbs last 5 times longer, too. Aftermarket price - $600 with installation
2. Rain sensor - very useful, IMHO, when you drive with rain stopping and falling or right after a thunderstorm. I always found having to switch the stick on and off very annoying. Aftermarket Hella set - $90, installed it myself. Yours will be better, as the aftermarket does not stop the wipers completely due to infrared-resistant glass it's not adapted to.
3. Parking assist - I always found that painted bumpers get destroyed no matter how careful you are, especially on a car other than black. Besides, back visibilty is not all that good on a 9-5. Aftermarket kit - $ 300 with installation.
To sum up - the $900 sticker is about fair. Go for the options, you'll enjoy them.
