I don't think changing the oil 10x like that will do much except drain your wallet and waste your time. Just changing the oil out like that will not clean the sludge.

If you want to clean out the engine, you need to use something that will in fact clean it. There are a variety of quick acting flushes on the market (Amsoil, BG, etc) or you could use Auto-RX, which takes longer but some contend is a better option.

Either way, be sure to use a full synthetic of the proper grade, and change at 5k intervals (once you've addressed the flushing/cleaning). Mobil 1 0W-40 is the current factory fill on these models. Mobil 1 5W-40 is also a good choice, as are the 5W-40 offerings from other companies.
