salesperson help/advice on trade with A/C issue?

any salespeople on here? if so, can you advise?
9-5 needs evaporator. A/C has slow leak. about pound per week.
if trading in, will this matter? I cannot lie to even a dealer and say the car is perfect and I feel that filling up the A/C then dropping it on them isnt ethical either. so, honest question is if I tell them it has a slow leak and is working now how will that affect my trade?? car has 100k so they all are going to just wholesale it so all my quotes are maybe $4000 on trade which I know I can get up a little when I start my hard negotiations. BTW, it won;t be at a Saab dealer for another one so that might affect your answers. thx for any help. I am really struggling with this. my other choice is to repair and try to sell on this site. I am in south FL though and am afriad most buyers are up north which caused issues with my prior attempt to sell a 900 on this site. car is beautiful otherwise and just runs awesome. I love it. but can no longer afford it. amazing that we have got to the point where we can afford new cars easier than paid-for cars!! repair costs are just astronomical. laughable. thanks again.
