2 DI carts? I'm assuming you have an SE 6cyl and replaced both of them? This is a known issue and it is fairly expensive and relatively irritating.
Oil cooler and oil cooler housing? What happened to the housing plate? The oil cooler has been known to get a leak...and it's hard to get to. And irritating.
Thermostat is nearly a maintenance item and only $40 - $50. Water pump and heater module...sounds like something went bad or was left unfixed?
Check engine light - what are you running for fuel? I get a check engine light on 87 octane fuel and it goes out when I run the recommended 93octane. It's one of the exhaust sensors.
CV joints - something happen there? Boots got cut? Did something go wrong for them to go bad? It's been discussed on the board, but I don't think it's common.
ABS Sensor... Yep. GM's (not just Saabs) are famous for this.
Cabin air filter is a maintenance item like the engine air filter and wiper blades.
Cam position sensor is a cheap really inexpensive known problem that gets a lot of saab owners towed.
The biggies that people experience are :
DI Carts and SID pixel problems on the V6 - sludge on the 4's.
I think you are probably all good at this point. There are too many variables to know for sure though. Where and how you drive, how the car is maintained...etc. Saabs aren't good for all drivers, this is for certain.
Good luck. You can also consider typing in keywords about each of these problems in the search box to see how often the topic is discussed. That way, you'll know if you are dealing with a very common problem or not.
