Replacing my 9-5

Hello, I recently totalled my 1999 saab 9-5 with 125k miles on it. It ran fine and now I am without a vehicle. I have been researching cars to replace it and ran into another vehicle of my same year, model and color with half of the miles (59K), 1 owner and a 4 year unlimited mileage warranty(yes, you read that correctly). The asking price is about $9k. I am wondering if you would be leary of a vehicle like this? The warranty providing company is called C.A.R.S. Anyone ever heard of the Company? Well, my situation is that I am a dental student and naturally do not have a lot of money currently, so I am contemplating whether or not I should get back into another Saab. What are your opinions? I would not purchase another Saab without a warranty. I looked into what this company covers and it seems to cover major components, but it does not cover the turbo. Has the turbo been an issue with anyone? I never had a problem with mine so in my opinion, the engine seems solid. Also, I love the 9-5, I just hate the headaches that can arise. However, if this warranty is true to word, it sounds okay. Another car I am thinking about purchasing is a 2006 Hyundai Sonata. Naturally, I would not expect you Saabites to know anything about the Sonata but if you do have first hand experience, what is you opinion of it?
Thanks
