I have had a Nuvi 360 since January and I find mounting it on the left side of the windshield is best for me. I am not a leftie, but I am getting pretty good at entering addresses with my left hand. It doesn't block my vision there, and I keep it just high enough that I don't notice it blocking sound from the dash speaker. I take it out of the mount every time I get out of the car because these are getting stolen constantly. This location gives me good access to popping it right out and sliding it into the door pocket. I recharge the battery with the home charger so I don't have the power cord running across the dash board (or under the steering wheel.)
Have you noticed the difference between the car speedometer and the GPS speed? Mine shows that the speedometer is about 3 mph higher than the actual speed.
