-1.6 per side on an Aero is well within factory spec. You should be able to see the tires tilting in at the top when viewed from behind.
There is a small amount of adjustment available by installing shims. Genuinesaab sells .6mm shims; Saab sells .3mm shims. A .6mm shim is supposed to give about .6-.8 degree of adjustment.
They are easy to install, but no one knows how to do it... local Saab alignment tech spent half an hour and couldn't figure it out, after I spent a couple hours and couldn't figure it out, until a lot of reading here...
Summarized Process, a little different from WIS and needing no special tools:
Raise car.
Remove spring/shock assembly.
Remove connector to ABS sensor.
Remove plastic cover on lower control arm.
Remove upper control arm to hub bolt (this is the secret that lets you use regular tools) and lift upper control arm out of the way.
Remove 2 nuts that hold hub to rear control arm (15mm deep socket IIRC) that also hold the bracket that holds brake line and ABS wire. Remove bracket from studs.
Loosen the other two nuts about a quarter inch.
LOOSEN TWO MORE NUTS THAT WERE FORMERLY HIDDEN UNDER THE BRACKET. (this is what leaves everyone confused...) You have two nuts to remove entirely, and 4 to loosen.
Hub should pop away from control arm.
Clean area with compressed air.
Drop shims onto top two studs.
Reassembly is the reverse of removal....
