If you are especially fond of one or the other, then I'd recommend you honor your preferences. But be aware that Trionic T-7 is not well matched to manual transmissions - the revs hang and throttle response is sluggish when doing tricks like double clutching or heel and toe. And the standard transmission mount bushings are very soft, make driving smoothly more work than it needs to be. At least install Taliefiero's urethane transmission mount busings if you get the manual.
