My 60K service and why I worry about my dealer

As some may recall my wife brought her '03 Linear in for its 60K service last week (Link below).
I get home from my biz trip last night and today take a look at the RO. Sure enough, the serp belt is not mentioned. As a sanity check, I look at the manual and find the 60K service page has not been removed from the book, which also has not been stamped, and it says, sure enough, "Change Drive belt." No mention of the pulleys. (Amazingly he did put in the requested Mobil 1, and didn't add the "oil treatment," but got me for $11.50 worth of "fuel system cleaner.")
So I call the dealer and get a service writer whom I have to tell 3X what year and model the car is. He can't find an answer, but insists the belt does not need changing at 60K. I inform him otherwise and he goes away, comes back and tells me the tech must have looked at it and decided it did not need changing. It does in fact, look fine, but still.... And he told me the belt is what I have to worry about, not the pulleys.
What I'm wondering is what else they didn't do. I'm tempted to do the belt myself or just take it to my indy. I do want the service noted in the Saab system, though, as the CPO runs another 18 months.
He's getting back to me tomorrow, but to really inspire my confidence and explain how inept they are, he says a lot of the people in the service department are new. But the tech on my car was much more experienced.
Dealers are such a PITA.
So my wife takes the wagon in for the 60K service....,
