The work I described above for the 60K service was done at a dealer. It was about $685 but the serp belt change is not included and cost extra. The serp belt change is prescribed in the car manual. Swedecar here says the serp belt usually outlasts the pulleys, so since I was paying for a new belt, I told them to replace the uper idler pulley also. I don't want the wife stranded on the road because a pulley failed and I didn't want to spend the additional $60+ to replace the pulley while the belt was off. The serp belt and the upper idler pulley together cost me another $300+. The large central idler pulley is bypassed with the new shorter serp belt and obviously doesn't need to be replaced.
