LOL ya its a 2.3lpt lets see now 99 no real clatter issues on start only reason i checked it was cause I was doing my sludge check in the oil pan and figured what the heck.......But in the process found the chain is at 14mm on the tensioner measured it twice with my mic, also found tranny fluid leaking ever so slightly out of the bellhousing, then i noticed my headgasket must be working loose again as the large smear of oil has reappeared along the pully side of the block....i guess thats why i do these checks as to find stuff but damn, i found to much lol. Real quick too as i was putting my heat shield back on the manifold i dropped the bolt holding the alum. pipe into the intake side of the intake pipe, the one that runs across to the passenger side directly off the hooter valve. anyone know what size that bolt is that holds that L shaped clip in place? i know the head was 10mm and approx 1/2 inch long just dunno the thread.

thanks for the help I am actually Christx as to I switched from ChrisR when i realized someone else uses that name as well lol
