I think there is confusion. There are three options, fixed bars that fit sedan or the new wagon, clamp on bars that fit the wagon rails come in box shape (which it looks like you have) or a newer aluminum C-track. I think the benefit of the C-track is the quick release accessories and look which is subjective.
How do you like your boxes and are they watertight? I got a nice fiberglass one that turned out not to be water tight and I decided I don't need to carry that much stuff anyway. I'd go for a hitch mounted box, but the class II can't take a swing away hitch box.
