I bought a 2001 Aero just under two years ago when it had 70k miles. Since then I have replaced both front wheel bearings. AFter doing the right side initially about 15 months ago there is noise again. The noise has gotten worse that it was before I got it changed initially. This time I can feel it as I am driving in the footwell. I have seen posts on here of multiple failures so I think it could be the bearing again. The noise diminishes when I load the left in right hand turns. I jacked it up over the weekend and didn't notice any wiggle in either front wheel. I have an appointment to get the bearing done tomorrow. I grabbed the halfshaft and tried yanking it all around to see how it would feel but couldn't really tell anything from doing this. When I rotated the wheel when it was jacked up it was noisy and I could feel the grinding on the strut and spring. I just hope its the bearing and doesn't end up that this doesn't fix it.
