Car is a '02 9-5 Aero - CPO until May. I have a few minor things that I will have my dealer fix/check out before I lose my warranty. But one big question is should I get the PCV #6 update - dealer will cover under warranty.
Things on my list are: occasional (only 3 times in 2 yrs) LCD's going out on ACC display (Not the SID), headlight assembly clip (if they do it to prevent it falling out), tie rods? (noise when going over bumps), and Xenon's are flickering. Anything else I should get checked out before warranty is up?
Here's my dilemma - Just did my 60K service at a good Saab only Indy and I asked him about the PCV update #6. He said no oil leakage or visible problems and the car looks and runs like new. He suggested if nothing is wrong, don't mess with it - no need for the PCV update and it might actually cause other problems.
Wanted to get opinions on this.
Thanks.
