The Arc vented seats are not the same as the vented sport seats available in the Aero from '03 on. They are the standard seats.
The '04 model, iirc, has an updated information display (SID) that is supposedly immune from the missing pixels problem. It has the latest version of ignition module hardware and software (the '03 Arc has updated software but not hardware). The '04 has updated pcv system to reduce the likelyhood of sludge forming, while the V-6 is generally not prone to sludge at all. At one point Saab used a light colored "Scandinavian" wood trim that some people like, some don't. All US 9-5s got either wood trim or, for '02 on Aeros, an aluminum colored trim. Plain black was available in Europe but never here.
As with any used car that's more than a year or two old, the exact condition and maintenance history is of greatest importance. I suggest you check out the '04.
