CPO wasn't done at 87K, was done earlier(this is probably a 2 owner car?), so didn't cost this dealer anything. Dealer won't put a CPO on a 5 year old car with 87K, no payoff on $1500 investment that only give warr for 13k/6-12 months.
Slight knock in the engine.....may be time to RUN away.
The belt you can see is NOT the timing belt.
Belt and idler may have been done or not, depending on the miles (under 60K) at the time it was CPOed. Belts and pulleys are considered "wear items" and are not normally covered under warr
New SID is about $200 if you DIY and don't buy the part from the dealer.
The fact that the dealer would show you this car with the service indicator up on the SID tells me that this salesman and/or dealership doesn't have a clue?????
