The 9-5 Aero isn't really that low. It clears industry standard parking lot bump-stops fine, and I've never had a scrape on a road.
MPG is the same if you drive it the same
Maintenance is actually better - mainly, the Aero's turbocharger has proven to be more reliable
Regular fuel doesn't hurt anything, and you still have plenty of performance.
