Bmiller is correct in discribing the noise!!"It's a crazy vibration with a real low bassy rumble to it."
Ive had issues with the (your choice of swear word) blower, that thing will rumble and roar at full blast! But this is a vibration seems to quiet when ECON mode is on.I will probably start with ANOTHER blower since I cant operate mine on full blast anyway without making small children cry (yes its happened) from the sound. My guess is that my friend who works on Honda's cracked the blower cage in the installation process..ive found an odd clean plastic piece thats looks suspicious in the air filter when I changed it. I will have to ask about the expansion valve in the next 1K miles when i get my oil changed. Till then i'll go out and hunt for some rattling pipes :oP
