'02 Aero - Problems Follow-up

This is a follow-up to problems I was having about a month ago. Refresher- my '02 Aero started having problems and I took it to a Saab indie (Swedish Motors in Marrietta, PA) and was told I needed a new TB, Turbo, PCV #6, and possibly check for sludge. After checking with this board, I decided to replace the TB but not the turbo, install PCV 6, and check for sludge.
They found sludge. Cleaned pan and pickup screen. Replaced TB and installed PCV 6. Car ran well for a while. Now having problems reminiscent of TB. Shop said Turbo really should be replaced because sludge and old PCV system caused seal in turbo to fail which was letting oil go into/onto TB.
I don't have a manual for this car like I do others. What I would like to do is clean the TB, and replace the Turbo myself. OH, I also found out that the front rotors are not true to the Aero and need to replace those as well because they are smaller and there is pad overhang. Can this be done DIY?
In Sept. I'm about to head out on a journey with car and will probably drive about 2k miles. What else should be done? DIC, serp belt/pullies?
It's got 48k miles on it now.
All help appreciated. Love the car. Runs great otherwise.
Just to recap, can someone who is mechanically inclined, but not familiar with 9-5s replace turbo, clean TB, replace serp belt, replace pullies (which ones?), and replace rotors? Is there a manual that can help? What are the procedures?
Again, thanks in advance. Love this BB.
