Sounds like the rear IDM has died.
If you have a chance to throw another one on there to test, it might solve the problem.
The fuel from the dead bank will pass right through and sometimes damage the catalytic converter.
The 99 9-5 is not included in any IDM recalls so you have no luck with that. It also doesn't accept the software for IDM testing and better longevity.
