I removed one of my rear Koni Sport struts a few months ago to replace some warn bushings in the shock assembly. I noticed after getting it all back together that the suspension seemed over damped. And I was unable to get much travel on the rear end by pushing on the bumper.
The weird thing is that after a couple of weeks, the constant jiggling went away and the car settled in to its usual firm ride. I wondered if it had to do with over extending the strut.
