I just did my timing belt at 140k (well overdue but I just bought the car) and the pump looked like a million bucks, and I didn't replace it...for now. But that's because in a couple of months I'll be doing the full coolant service, to include the pump, upper rad hose, and thermostat.

I would venture to guess this pump was replaced at 60K and that's why it seems problem-free now.

To replace the pump if it goes bad will cost you almost the same labor as doing both now, so I'd have it done. And yes, replace the tensioner and idler pulley at this time too.
