Well I don't know. The oil being blown out through the oil cap I've just been ignoring. My indy and I decided its simply a leak and not relative to crank case pressure. Something is up though as it still blows blue smoke when I start it even though I rebuilt the turbo last year and replaced all the PCV stuff this summer. A leakdown test would be about $200-250 on the V6, which seems wasteful to me. It's got 180k miles on it, things are worn. The engine still runs strong, I don't foresee total failure anytime soon. I can't really afford to get a newer Saab, and if my parents helped I would be tooling around in a Corolla, which I absolutely hands-down no questions asked refuse to do (I told that to me dad and he offered a Camry maybe instead; hell no). So I'm going to try to squeak a year or two out of my current 9-5 and while doing that I don't want the car to sound like a rattle-trap driving down the road and I want to feel secure so I'm working on the suspension a bit. I've already put way more into the car than it's worth, and it's in very decent cosmetic shape, so I'm just going to keep going with it (within reason).
