For the car to start you need....
1. Starter must turn engine over....if it is, stop spending time here (for now).
2. Fuel must be delivered at the rail at the right pressure (WIS 3 BAR or 43 psi). I use a Actron CP 7818. If the pressure is right, move on. If the pressure is low, change the fuel filter and recheck.
3. Spark....since you already replaced the ignition cassette that's probably not the problem. You still have to determine whether a spark is being generated.
4. Air....this is controlled by the TB which you just replaced. Check to see whether it's in limp home mode.
Since you just replaced the TB, that might be a place to be suspicious. If it's in limp home mode starting could be very difficult. This is easy to check and easy to reset.
In order for the car to run you must have a spark, fuel and air. One of these is missing. The more common causes are either spark or fuel.
If you exhaust the above ideas without resolving the problem, I would suggest engaging an indy for diagnostic help. You're spending time, and more and more money; the DIY approach is not working for you this time.
