I know you replaced the plugs already, but are you certain they are properly gapped?
If the gap's excessive they may spark when out of the cylinder but not complete the arc when installed into a pressurized cylinder.
I've had a few cars refuse to start simply due to excessive gap.
I know, I know, very unlikely to be the problem but I always ask. And besides, you'd have experienced crappy running before the refusal to start anyway. But for what it's worth....
