sometimes upon starting my car the cabin fan (A/C and heater) fan will not come on. ACC display shows it running. fuses OK. everything else seems OK. I try turning up/down, on/off, fuse in/out etc. notta. check and no error codes. so far the following seems to work:

I now set my system default to OFF upon car startup. then hit the button manually to turn it on AFTER the car is started. this works but a couple times now it didnt. so maybe it doesnt really work...

also, if the car isnt off for an amount of time, the ACC remembers the last setting rather than the default. this is normal on my car. so sometimes I come back and of course it's not reset to the default OFF but the last ACC setting when I left and the fan wont come on. so, I have to turn the system off for a few minutes. then, turn it on. it seems to work so far but only if it's off for a few min.

this is a strange one and so far hasnt left me without a fan!! so far!! any ideas? again, I tried the codes, the fuse, etc. I know there's a fan blower relay. possibility? wouldnt I get an error code? now I am in the habit of turning the ACC off manually before I turn of the car!!

also maybe related, maybe not. the other night my LH high beam light wouldnt work. bulb is fine (switched them). switched the fuses. nope. next day it was working fine and still is. I know the lights have a relay. related maybe to fan? weird. so far, it's still working and that one night was the only time. I noticed it b/c my RH low beam bulb went out and I had to replace and was checking all the other million bulbs on the front.
