Should I throw in the towel?

I've owned a 1999 Saab 9-5 for the past 7 years--152K miles on it. I've had a few notorious issues over the years(DI cassette, 2 SIDS, etc.), but I am afraid that I am reaching the point of no return with this car.
I has a bypass hose blow last month. Now a PCV hose. Since I was having the hose replaced at the dealership today, I thought I would have them look at some of the issues I am having.
Here is what they suggested
1. Recommended new PCV system $262
2. Key not accepted occasionally--replace reciever $700
3. Slight engine rattle--power steering pump $650
4. Leaky rear shock--new shocks $700
The only thing I had them do was replace the PCV hose for $29. Need to decide on the rest.
The other issues I am having that I didn't have them check.
1. Pixelated SID(I will not pay to put a 3rd SID in that car!)
2. Service Theft Alarm--Siren goes of intermittently when I lock the car, but I don't lock the car much if at all.
I just put new tires on, replaced the water pump, serp. belt, and pulleys. Brakes and rotors are 10 months old. What do you guys think. Should I throw in the towel with this car, or keep her? Thanks for all the great advice over the years.
