Interesting that you mention that. For winter on my '05 Aero, I took off the 17" wheels with worn out Pirelli P6 and installed the 16" wheels from my '01 LPT with new Michelin Primacy tires. Super quiet and smooth riding, but I did notice that steering effort is lower, less responsive, and you seem to need more steering angle for a given amount of turn. I really don't like the steering feel now, but I can live with it for winter.
IOW that Michelin Primacy on 16s are a much less sporty ride than the stock P6 on 17s.
Pilot A/S Plus are one of a couple tires I am looking at for the spring.
