I must be missing something here. The bulbs your referring to fit the ACC unit, which i replaced with the NeoX3mm. The ones in the seat heaters/lock switch are definitely MUCH smaller. I would guess the ACC bulb bases are about 12mm or 3/8 inch, and the seat heaters are about 8mm or 1/4 inch. I don't know what the 3mm designation means on the Neo bulbs but I could not find anything smaller on their site. Do you have a direct link? I'm puzzled as to how the ACC bulbs can fit the seat heater application?
