Their numbering system is a little screwy. I bought the 3x size high output LED's, which actually measure about 6mm wide at the base and about 12mm high overall.
Their site has a chart showing physical measurements, and I've added that link below. The chart is really buried and not that easy to find. As far as the life of the LED's is concerned, I've only owned them for about 4 months, so I have no idea, really. I was replacing the grain of wheat bulbs about every 2 years, I think.
In my research, I did find that the grain of wheat NeoWedge bulbs are common automotive items, and other makes like Honda sell them at dealership parts depts. for about 2 bucks or so. You just have to save the little green "hats" from the old bulbs, as the other NeoWedge-based bulbs tend to be white.
Now if I could just find out what kills the switches over time, I'd be happy. Unfortunately, the little circuit boards inside the seat heater switches are mostly surface-mount electronics. As soon as I get some time, I'm going to try and pin down the failed compoinents and revive the 2 dead switches I have.
