You could use a broad range of oils and change intervals and come out ahead since the engine is running hot for such a long period of times to be able to clock that kind of mileage.
Long runs with hot engines makes the oil last a lot longer and stave off all the PCV problems and sludge issues that happens with more typical driving.
One of my customers clock 10K in about 4 month with his 05 9-5 and the oil looks really good after the 10K change interval he is on. But he is only up to 134K so far and I have seen the car since 14K.
Nothing though will beat that 01 9-3 I got in the shop in 2004 with 16K total since new and one oil change at 5K and another at 15K, see link.
To bad for her this was all before the whole hoopla started and she had no leg to stand on to get any reimbursements or goodwill repairs from Saab even though both oil changes had been done at the dealer.
It's hard to believe that short drive trips could kill the oil and engine that quickly.
I have never since seen a car so sludged up.
