I would remove the fluid from the reservoir with a turkey baster, replace all 4 pads, fill the reservoir with new fluid, then bleed the brakes in the order the WIS specifies using the Motive Power bleeder. Bleeding the system 4 times is inefficient. The WIS specifies the brake bleeding order specifically so that it won't leave old fluid in the system.
I use a home-made pressure bleeder made out of a garden sprayer, a brake cap and pressure gauge and it works great. (I would have bought a Motive bleeder, but my set-up pre-dates it.)
