The touring package with bi-xenon headlights and ventilated seats don't do it for me either. In back to back driving I find the 2.3t to be smoother and quieter. The V6 has a busier, coarser vibration and the V6 definitely has substantially more intake roar. The 2.3t also feels less nose heavy and more nimble in back to back driving. Less money, better fuel economy, the genuine, proven Saab engine and not the corporate V6 and the whole Saab principle of turbocharging a smaller displacement engine more than offsets a little vibration at idle. Of course if I could afford more than a Linear it would be an Aero not an Arc.
