I've gathered from this board over the years that '04s and later were more reliable than earlier, although it might depend exactly when the '04 was made. Not sure if the Aero wagons have special problems but my '04 Arc now with 101K (built in July '03) has had the following issues: DIC at 70K, heater bypass at 71K, radiator at 95K, thermostat at 85K, and a few other minor things, battery (3), Xenon (1), and throttle body cleaning. Quite pleased overall. Have found that a little Techron in the gas once in a while keeps it running smooth.
