Thanks, I'll remove the belt on Saturday and check it out--and post back.
Don't think it's the PS. Sound is present whether in gear or not and at idle or under load. Doesn't change when you turn the wheel. Varies with engine speed. Seems like it should be pulley/accessory related, but it really sounds like it's emanating from the throttle body. I don't think it's timing or balance chain or tensioner, but I can't rule it out. I took a video with sound but will hold off on posting until I do my homework more.
