Only the early Saab V6 engines seemed to have headgasket problem while they were still using a fiber gasket instead of the sheet metal gasket from around 2000 and up.
I had a few 9000 with bad headgaskets and one early 9-5 but still very little problems.
That loose pipe bolt and those 2 o-rings could be a problem but no easy way to get in and repair the threads unless it is some untouched threads further in and you could use a longer bolt but even that is tricky with that layered stupid design.
Otherwise remove all stuff and use Timesert to repair the threads.
