What ACC codes do you get when you do a self calibration? With the engine running, push AUTO and OFF on the ACC at the same time, and watch the display. The left temperature display will display the number of faults found and the right will give the fault codes for each. Then search the board for the key to the codes. That should help narrow down where the trouble area is, and there's lots of info on the various fixes on this board as well as some other places on the internet where DIYers have posted photos of the work.
The levers you are watching actuate drums inside the air box. It's not uncommon for stop arms and shafts to break, leaving the motors moving but not moving anything. The self test should help find the location (s) for both the blend issue and the vents.
