1. Only the 2.3 base models semm to be affected. V-6's and Aero's have not reported the same turbo failure.
2. My '01 thumps, but it is not that noticeable (the radio has to be off), don't know about the '02s or later. I don't intend to have mine fixed as the fix appears to be rather intrusive and might end up being worse than the problem.
3. The ECU problems have been taken care of as of '00.
4. It's not that the ACC won't get cold, but that it turns itself down before the cabin reaches the desired temperature. I simply turn it down a couple more degrees.
5. Do you always leave your keys in the ignition when you park your car?
6. No cracks in my '01 wagon yet.
7. With the various combinations of finance promotions and incentives, you will simply have to run the numbers to see which program works best for you. Be sure and add up all of the costs - sales taxes, fees and opportunity costs (what you could do with your money if not tied up in the car).
