now they are telling me it needs a new IPC (said it was the instrument cluster with a bad circuit board), cannot get a new one, will have to obtain a used one which will take 5 days, cost for the part $1000+. All this for a horn that didn't work. I'm beginning to think they are throwing parts at it at my expense (I can get a used instrument cluster on eBay for $63). Has anyone seen a bad cluster before?
