URO Parts lights

The corner lights I got for my 2000 were URO Parts lights. They seem to be made well enough so the proof will be in how long they last. I guess taking a chance on a light carries a lot less risk than taking a chance on an engine or suspension part of unknown origin. Now that our only other choice is used parts maybe it’s good that there is still someone making aftermarket lights. I have seen some decent aftermarket lights for Japanese cars made by a company in Taiwan called DEPO but who knows who makes these for URO. There is no information on the light or package as to the country of origin. With all the recent discussion about Chinese made cars and tariffs, there seem to be no restrictions or requirements for imported parts, although there are probably tariffs. The lights do have DOT SAE numbers on them, if they are legitimate. I’m guessing it’s the same story with Proparts lights.
