I too just upgraded from a 1999 9-3 5-spd to a 2002 9-5 linear with 5-spd man. The 9-5 is certainly much more refined and comfortable. The car doesn't seem to be anywhere near as quick as my 9-3, which was 185 hp. The accel of the linear is , pardon the pun, much more linear and perhaps is quicker then it feels. I am not through the breakin period yet so I haven't been pushing it too hard yet, I will get a better sense of the accel of the 9-5 when it is broken in.
9-3 - Sporty, FAST!!, rowdy, edgy
9-5 - refined, solid, classy, relaxed
Got to love these cars!!!! I would like to keep both of them but unfortunately the 9-3 has to go.
QUESTION: what are the Tech II programming options for teh lighting system?
