Brake rotors and early wear on pads...

At my 25,000 mile service, I had the dealership in Louisville check my brakes as I was getting quite a bit of pulsation when I was braking. I knew that my rotors were warped or out of round, what ever you want to call it.
Upon inspection, the dealership told me the following, and I would like all you brake experts (or ones that have had similar problems) to verifiy what they told me:
1. All FOUR rotors had "run out" and needed to be replaced (the front ones were the worst)
2. SAAB rotors (no matter what car model) are too thin to turn (machine), so they HAVE to be replaced.
3. The pads will need to be changed by the 30,000 mile interval
4. SAAB will NOT pay for the rotors.
This, naturally, upset me a little, as:
1. Why, on a $40,000 luxury car, would the rotors already be warped at 25,000 miles?
2. Not sure on this one -- this maybe true.
3. I can understand the pads needing replacing -- and I know it's based on driving style and many facters, but does this seem "normal" or "average"?
4. Surely, to goodness, SAAB, to keep customers happy, would replace warped rotors that soon -- I can understand the pads, as they are a wear item, but the rotors will have to be very expensive!
I talked to the service guy who used to do SAAB and now handles only Porshe at the dealership (he was my favorite), and he said that SAAB would replace the rotors, but his replacement in the SAAB service said no way, that he couldn't hardly get SAAB to replace a set on a vehicle with 3,000 miles on it a while back, let alone 25,000 miles on it...
Any help would be appreciated,
thank you,
Rob Catron
