Thanks for the info. As of Saturday I am a Saab owner. I bought a Silver 2002 9.5 Arc. I agree with what you say about oils but owning a new car with 3 years of free, or should I say paid for up front, service puts a curve into the equation. I figure Saab will change my oil with Saab filters and oil every 10,000 miles. I am under the impression this is a semi-synthetic oil. I will change my oil at the 5,000 mile mark but thought it would be a good idea to use the same oil and filters. After the free service is over I would feel free to swith to whatever I wanted to use and stick with it. Any thoughts?
