When my wife was in Houston, she also floated our 83 at an underpass. We dried it out and all was ok. Even the computer worked. However, she had some help and pulled it out before the engine went under. Lots of flood cars on the market after storms hit Houston a few years back. AeroLady is right, they will probably total it and it will be on an indy car lot soon. If you need help, email. Good luck.
