New question about tires for Aero (I searched!!)

Trying to decide about what to do with tires on my 02 Aero in Wisconsin.
The 2 options I'd like opinions about:
1. Get a separate set of wheels/tires for winter & use the original Primacy/17in wheels the rest of the year.
(Is there such a thing as a "cheap" 17'' wheel for winter use?)
2. Use the new 225/45-17 Nokian WR year-round (this size is now available, according to Nokian).
(Do you think I could sell my 2 wk old Primacys?)
I apologize in advance if my search was inadequate & missed prior relevant posts...
