I'd say the 0W-30's the best one. A lot of anecdotal evidence suggests that Mobil makes both of Saab's full-syn oils & also their semi-syn, so both the OE 0W-30 & the Mobil 1 0W-30 should match for formulation. All of the M1 xW-30s are now ACEA A5 rated, so they should all hold up similarly (& much better than any A1 rated synthetic). The 0W-30's actually a bit thicker at operating temps than the others, so that's why I'd go with it before choosing the 5W-30.
Of course, the cars now all come from the factory with Saab's "other" OE full-syn, the 0W-40. It's not distributed in the US, so the only way you can get it is by buying the M1 "Euro Car Formula" version of it. Since it's A3 rated, it's more durable than any of the 30 wts. But, if you're going to be changing oil every 5k miles, you may be able to get 5qt jugs of 0W-30 at WalMart for less than $18.
