I bought a 9-5 Aero, 5-speed, touring package, ventilated seats, metallic paint in October for under $36k. You should be able to get a no-option 5-speed for about $33k-$34k, add $1,000 each for automatic, touring package, and ventilated seats, plus $400 for metallic paint if you go with something other than black (I REALLY hate that Saab charges extra for metallic paint, BTW! Most car companies stopped doing that years ago!). Now I'm in the Northeast, so you're gonna see slightly different prices and incentives in other regions.
The ventilated seats are great if you live in a hot area and you have the charcoal interior. I like the touring package, especial the bi-xenon headlights. I have seen posts where some folks have had trouble with the rain-sensing wipers, but mine work pretty well so far (knock on my fake aluminum dash!)
